What is the Best Rush

Hi Guys

Please give me input on what Xtreme activities you would recommend

Caving

This was at Sterkfontein caves in Krugersdorp South Africa.
Its lots of fun but don't do it if you are are chlosterphobic. Involves alot of manoeuvring very similar to the Cango caves adventure tour but the rock is much more dry and dusty. Lots of fun recommend do it with a group. If you interested check this website out www.wildcaves.co.za

Jungle Bungy Phuket

This was my first bungy. It was a 50 m jump from a crane overlooking the water. I was extremely nervous but it was the ultimate rush. There is nothing like your first bungy. This was a beuatiful jump and I was on a high for a good few hours afterwards. Whats interesting about this place is that its the only bungy that comes with insurance. Anyway I did not worry about the detail . Just don't think about it and do it. I must admit these Thai guys were very professional and had me jumping before I even new it. I actually think it is scarier to do a bungy then a tandem skydive, but the rush is much better in the skydive. For Bungy jumps, foofee slides and bridge swing around Johannesburg check out this site I did a bungy with them it was lots of fun http://www.livingontheedge.co.za/

Skydive Carletonville South Africa

Tandem Skydive

This was done on the 2nd of February 2008. I wanted to experience the rush of freefalling at 200km/h straight down for 40 seconds. It was amazing. Skydiving is not what I thought it would be, you in a cushion of air so you don't even feel like you are strapped to someone. All you feel is the cool air rushing against you. If you in for a quick thrill then I definately recommend the tandem. If you want to get really involved then you need to do some training and some static line jumps before you can jump bu yourself. The tandom was done from about 11000 ft whilst with the static line jumps you don't get that freefall because you jump form around 3000 ft. A definate must do at least once in your life
If you interested in a tandem in Johannesburg this is the website to visit www.jsc.co.za The guys name is Chris Grosch , very professional and he will have you jumping in no time email add chrisgrosch@telkomsa.net

Kuala Lumpur - Python and Iguana

This was at top of temple in Kuala Lumpur and was more to see whether I could withstand the feel of the cold reptiles against my skin. Very interesting , the part that you don't see is the python moving its head in front of my face. That was a bit scary
